Sand Dollar Soapery makes products for people who care about the planet.  We create products that care for your skin and let you feel good about the products you use and gift.

Who are we? Sand Dollar Soapery is a Latina (Dominican & Puerto Rican, to be exact) owned and operated small business. The pages on our website and social media often say "we" because I could not neglect my CES (Chief Executive Sniffer) Churro, the Pug.

Really, I should have started this business sooner!  I never meant to start a business. A friend gave me a soap making kit for my birthday; I posted some pics on FaceBook and people wanted to buy them!

Why does 100% natural matter? Like many folks, I am allergic to ALL kinds of things, especially synthetic ingredients in soaps, shampoos, and other bath products. If you read the labels, you'll see a lot of soaps labeled "gentle" or "for sensitive skin" actually contain known irritants and chemicals. 

And what about Sand Dollars? I grew up on the beaches of Long Island and spent over 20 years searching for that elusive treasure - the intact sand dollar! Super hard to find but always a thrill to see, the Sand Dollar is my favorite natural creature (shhhh don't tell Churro!) and I hope these soaps will become some of your favorite natural creations.
